Current stage

Groupaa is investigating a neighbourhood grocery purchasing pilot in Greater Victoria. This website accepts supplier enquiries, nonbinding quotes, resident interest and messages. It does not currently accept grocery orders or payments. No delivery date, discount, supplier relationship or inventory availability is guaranteed.

Supplier submissions

A quote or enquiry does not create a supply contract, purchase order, exclusivity arrangement or volume commitment. Commercial terms, applicable requirements, responsibility for sorting, packing, food handling and delivery, payment terms and exceptions must be agreed before a purchase. Submit information you are authorized to provide. Prices requested are in CAD, with taxes and fees separately identified.

Future group offers

Before any paid pilot, we will publish the exact products and grades, all-in price, cutoff, product minimums, fulfilment window and cancellation/refund terms. These details require separate acceptance. If a minimum fails, the affected product will not be purchased on your behalf. A proposed partial basket requires your agreement before the supplier purchase is committed. We will not silently substitute products or increase the price.

Interest and communications

Registering interest is not an order, reservation or promise of access. We may contact you about your enquiry or the pilot you expressed interest in. You can withdraw through the contact form. No membership subscription is created.
